Come join us for a wonderful 11-day trekking itinerary along the mythical Lycian Way on Turkey’s Mediterranean Coast!
PROGRAMME
14/5 Flight to Dalaman and bus transfer to Fethiye, overnight in Fethiye.
15/5 Trek from Fethiye to the beatiful Olüdeniz bay passing through the abandoned stone village of Kayaköy, overnight in Ovacik (a short bus ride from Olüdeniz).
16/5 Trek from Ovacik to Faralya and overnight stay by an old watermill overlooking the wonderful butterfly valley.
17/5 Trek from Faralya to Kabak and overnight at Kabak beach.
18/5 Trek from Kabak to Alinca and overnight at Turkdomes Glamping.
19/5 Trekking from Turkdomes Glamping to the archaeological sites of Sidyma and Letoon, overnight in Letoon
20/5 Trek from Letoon to the archaeological site of Xanthos, then bus transfer to Gelemiş and overnight in Gelemiş.
21/5 Visit of Patara ruins, then trek from Gelemiş to Kalkan and bus transfer to Kaş, overnight in Kaş.
22/5 Trek from Kaş to Bogazcik / Aperlai, snorkeling and overnight in Aperlai.
23/5 Trek from Aperlai to Ucagiz, snorkeling on Simena sunken city ruins and overnight in Ucagiz.
24/5 Trek from Ucagiz to Demre, visit Santa Claus Cathedral and ancient Lycian necropolis, overnight in Demre.
25/5 Bus transfer to Dalaman and flight back home.
COSTS
1350 Euros per person for 6 to 8 people
1450 Euros per person for up to 6 people
Price includes low-cost round trip airfare to Dalaman, overnight stays in boutique hotels, guest houses or glampings (minimum 3-star standard), breakfast, bus transfers and tour guide assistance with knowledge of local venues. Not included are lunches, dinners, any entrance fees to sites to be visited and rental of snorkeling equipment.
